Ingredients (nutrition)
- 6 drained large flat shaped mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 oz sliced Brie cheese
- 1 bunch of lemon thyme leaves
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat the oven to 400 degree F.
- Cut and discard the stalks from the mushrooms.
- Put the mushrooms in an oven proof dish.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms.
- Lay the cheese slices on top of the mushrooms.
- Sprinkle lemon thyme leaves and bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately while still hot.
