DIY Beef skew (satay rendang)

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 lb rump steak chunks
  • 6 fl oz black bean sauce
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Immerse 8 bamboo skewers with warm water for at least 40 minutes.
  2. Thread the steak cubes onto the skewers.
  3. Brush with the black bean sauce.
  4. Heat oil in grill pan over a medium heat.
  5. Grill the beef skews 6 minutes, rotating constantly until they are cooked.
  6. Best when serve hot.
