Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 lb rump steak chunks
- 6 fl oz black bean sauce
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation (instructions)
- Immerse 8 bamboo skewers with warm water for at least 40 minutes.
- Thread the steak cubes onto the skewers.
- Brush with the black bean sauce.
- Heat oil in grill pan over a medium heat.
- Grill the beef skews 6 minutes, rotating constantly until they are cooked.
- Best when serve hot.
