How to make: Buffalo and chicken wings

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. To make marinate, whisk butter and hot pepper sauce in a glass bowl.
  3. Immerse chicken and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  5. Place chicken on a baking tray and spoon 1 tablespoon of cheese on each chicken breast.
  6. Roll the chicken around the cheese and secure with wooden picks.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes until chicken is tender.
  8. Broil the chicken for about 5 minutes at 450 degree F until brown.
  9. Serve right away.
