Make your own Italian cheese balls

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 oz melted butter
  • 8 oz grated Cheddar cheese
  • 11 oz flour
  • 34 pieces stuffed olives

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Combine together butter, cheese and flour to form a dough.
  2. Mould 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive and shape into a ball.
  3. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator about 45 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  6. Bake the olive cheese balls in the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Ready to serve.
