Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 oz melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 baguette
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix together butter, oregano and garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
- Cut baguette into half lengthways.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the baguette.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the baguette and place on a baking sheet.
- Grill under high heat for 2-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice into pieces and best serve with soup.
