Ingredients (nutrition)
- 10 oz Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 tablespoons powdered gelatine
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 12 oz cooked crabmeat
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 4 oz mayonnaise
- 4 oz finely chopped celery
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Preparation (instructions)
- In a saucepan, heat soup over low heat.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve gelatine in a cold water.
- Add gelatine to soup and stir thoroughly.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and cover with foil.
- Chill overnight in a refrigerator.
- Prior serving, take out from the refrigerator and set aside until it reaches room temperature.
