DIY Quail eggs stuffed with caviar

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 18 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 5 oz caviar

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Cut the hard boiled eggs into half and remove the yolks.
  2. Finely chop the egg yolks and combine with dill, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Fill each half egg with the devilled egg yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with caviar on top and serve.
