Ingredients (nutrition)
- 18 hard boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 5 oz caviar
Preparation (instructions)
- Cut the hard boiled eggs into half and remove the yolks.
- Finely chop the egg yolks and combine with dill, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Fill each half egg with the devilled egg yolk mixture.
- Garnish with caviar on top and serve.
