- 2 garlic bulbs
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 ciabatta loaf
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat grill.
- Cut the tops off the garlic bulbs and remain the cloves with the skins on.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Wrap the garlic bulbs and 4 sprigs of rosemary in a foil.
- Grill for 20 minutes, turning frequently.
- Slice the bread loaf and drizzle olive oil.
- Lightly toast both sides under the cooking grill.
- Squeeze the garlic cloves from their skins onto the toast.
- Mince the leaves of the remaining 2 rosemary sprigs.
- Dust over the bread.
- Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
- Best when serve warm.
