Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon dark molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into slices
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat grill for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix together 1 tablespoon butter, brown sugar, ginger, pineapple juice, molasses, almond extract and cilantro in a bowl. Set aside.
- Melt remaining butter and brush on potato slices. Grill for 10 minutes until tender.
- Spread molasses mixture on the cooked potato.
- Serve hot.
