Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 peeled and deveined large prawns
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 3 drops of Tabasco sauce
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a frying pan over heat.
- Saute prawns for 3 minutes.
- Add in sherry and Tabasco sauce.
- Season well with salt and pepper and give a quick stir.
- Serve immediately.
