How to make authentic restaurant's dish: Sherry prawns

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 peeled and deveined large prawns
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 3 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over heat.
  2. Saute prawns for 3 minutes.
  3. Add in sherry and Tabasco sauce.
  4. Season well with salt and pepper and give a quick stir.
  5. Serve immediately.
