- 7 oz Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons wasabi
- 1 1/4 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 oz creme fraiche
- 12 slices brown bread without crusts
- 11 oz smoked salmon
- 5 oz baby rocket leaves without stalks
Preparation (instructions)
- Combine together ricotta, wasabi, lime juice and creme fraiche in a medium bowl.
- Flatten brown bread with a rolling pin.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the bread.
- Place smoked salmon and rocket leaves on top.
- Roll each piece of bread like a Swiss roll.
- Wrap the rolls tightly in cling film and chill in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- Unwrap the rolls and cut into slices.
- Ready to serve.
