Ingredients (nutrition)
- 7 oz low fat cottage cheese
- 2 oz seeded and chopped red pepper
- 2 oz chopped chives
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 6 celery sticks without leaves
Preparation (instructions)
- Puree all ingredients except celery in a blender or food processor to form a smooth paste.
- Stuff celery sticks with the cheese mixture.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
