Simple traditional Marinated Tomato Platter

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 8 tomatoes, cut into slices
  • 5 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 8 stoned and sliced black olives
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped oregano
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Organize tomato slices on a large serving platter.
  2. Sprinkle cheese, olives and oregano on top.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar.
  4. Drizzle over top of the salad.
  5. Serve instantly.
