- 8 tomatoes, cut into slices
- 5 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 8 stoned and sliced black olives
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped oregano
- 1 1/4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Preparation (instructions)
- Organize tomato slices on a large serving platter.
- Sprinkle cheese, olives and oregano on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar.
- Drizzle over top of the salad.
- Serve instantly.
