Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix all ingredients except salt, ground black pepper, chicken and oil in a saucepan.
- Cook under medium heat for 12 minutes until sauce thickens. Set aside in a warm place.
- Rub salt and pepper over chicken.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chicken for 8-10 minutes.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and coat the chicken well.
- Serve hot.
