Barbecue chicken wings recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 27 chicken wings
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Mix well all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 hours.
  2. Bake chicken wings at 350 degree F for 40-50 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.
