Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 lb frozen top round steak, cut into slices
Preparation (instructions)
- In a large glass bowl, mix well catsup, wine vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, onion powder, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
- Add in meat and coat thoroughly.
- Cover with cling film and chill in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
- Dry and cure.
