Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation (instructions)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
- Pour mixture into meatloaf dish. Pour water around it and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and pour over meat loaf.
- Bake at 350 degree F for an hour.
- Serve warm.
