Barbecue pork recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 lb sliced roasted pork
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • onion salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to boil, reduce heat and gently simmer for 25 minutes.
  2. Serve hot.
