Ingredients (nutrition)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons catsup
- 1 slice onion
- 1 sliced lemon
- 1 lb baked beans in tomato sauce
- 5 lean rib pork chops
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix all ingredients except bake beans and pork chops in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture over each pork chop and place in a baking dish.
- Pour in beans.
- Bake at 325 degree F for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve warm.
