Barbecue pork chop & baked bean recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 slice onion
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 lb baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 5 lean rib pork chops

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Mix all ingredients except bake beans and pork chops in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture over each pork chop and place in a baking dish.
  3. Pour in beans.
  4. Bake at 325 degree F for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve warm.
