Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 thick cut pork chops
- 2 cup Italian dressing
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 peeled and chopped apples
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix pork chops, Italian dressing and garlic and allow to marinate in room temperature for 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- Wrap each pork chop in aluminum foil and add in barbecue sauce before completely seal it.
- Bake pork chops for 18-22 minutes. Set aside in a warm place.
- In an oven safe dish, add apples, cinnamon, sugar and butter.
- Bake in oven at 375 degree F for 8-10 minutes.
- To serve, spread apple mixture on serving plates and place pork chops on top.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce over pork chops.
- Serve hot.
