Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 tablespoons seasoned flour
- 2 lb round steak
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 can Campbell tomato soup
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation (instructions)
- Pound seasoned flour onto steak and brown in shortening.
- In a mixing bowl, mix well remaining ingredients and pour over steak,
- Cover and cook under low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve warm.
