Carribean barbecue beef ribs recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 1/2 lb beef ribs
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a baking dish, add all ingredients and cover with cling film.
  2. Chill in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  3. Drain ribs and cook over hot coals for 9 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
