Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 lb beef ribs
- 1 sliced red onion
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation (instructions)
- In a baking dish, add all ingredients and cover with cling film.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Drain ribs and cook over hot coals for 9 minutes.
- Serve hot.
