Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 lb whole trimmed salmon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger root
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 chopped green onions
Preparation (instructions)
- Prepare outdoor barbecue grill at high heat.
- Slit shallow cuts on salmon skin and place on aluminum foil.
- Combine together soy sauce, ginger root, garlic, lime juice, lime zest and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Pour over salmon and seal the aluminum foil.
- Place salmon on grill and cook for 28 minutes.
- Before serving, garnish with green onions.
