Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 lb beef rump roast
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon beef instant bouillon
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 hamburger buns
Preparation (instructions)
- Rub flour on beef roast and arrange in the bottom of crockpot.
- Add remaining ingredients except buns.
- Cook under low heat for 15 hours.
- Serve hot with buns.
