Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 pork roast
- lemon pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 jar barbeque sauce
Preparation (instructions)
- Add pork roast with water just enough to cover in crockpot and cook overnight.
- Remove roast and shred into pieces.
- Return shredded roast in crockpot and add remaining ingredients.
- Cook until thickens and serve with rice or warm buns.
