- 4 lb skinless frying chicken pieces
- cayenne pepper
- paprika
1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation (instructions)
- Season chicken with cayenne pepper and paprika.
- Place chicken on broiler rack and cook for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix honey, lemon juice and sesame seeds.
- Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.
