Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 chopped onion
- grated zest and juice of
- 3 key limes
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups catsup
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoons mustard
- 8 chicken breasts
Preparation (instructions)
- Melt butter and saute onion in a saucepan under medium heat for 2 1/2 minutes.
- Add in grated lime zest and garlic.
- Saute for a 50 seconds and add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Allow chicken to marinate in sauce for at least 2 hours before grilling.
