Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1 finely chopped green onion
- 1 London broil
Preparation (instructions)
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for London broil.
- Place meat in a sealable plastic bag and pour in mixture.
- Allow to chill in refrigerator for 8 hours.
- Barbecue meat using outdoor BBQ grill and base occasionally with marinade.
- Slice and serve hot.
