Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 1/2 lb chicken pieces
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 6 1/2 oz vegetable stuffing mix
1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 14 oz drained whole kernel corn
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat up oil and brown chicken and onion in a skillet.
- Stir in vegetable stuffing mix, barbecue sauce and water.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and gently cook for 35 minutes.
- Add in corn and give a quick stir.
- Serve warm.
