Ingredients (nutrition)
- 5 pork chops
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- plain flour for dreging
- 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 11 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup white wine
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Pat dry pork with kitchen paper towel.
- Season with garlic powder and salt and set aside.
- Place beaten eggs in a bowl.
- Dredge the pork in flour, dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a non stick skillet.
- Add pork and cook until breading becomes well browned.
- Transfer pork to baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk and white wine in a bowl.
- After pork baked for 1 hour, cover with the soup mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for another 35 minutes.
- Serve hot with roasted potatoes and vegetables.
