Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup peanut sauce
- 1/2 cup suckling pig sauce (hoisin sauce)
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 12 large Boston lettuce leaves
Preparation (instructions)
- Place beef on a nonstick skillet and brown for 10 minutes under medium heat.
- Pour away drippings.
- Add in peanut sauce and hoisin sauce.
- Heat through and add cucumber, carrots and mint.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Place beef mixture in lettuce leaves and roll up.
- Serve with chili sauce if desired.
