Beef meatballs recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 lightly beaten egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape into balls and place on rack in broiler pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 18 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with burger buns or pasta with sauce.
