Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 lb beef shoulder center steaks, cut into strips
- 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 16 oz frozen vegetable mixture
- 2 cups cooked rice noodles
- 1/2 cup peanut sauce
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.
- Add beef and coat evenly.
- Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil in a non stick skillet under high heat.
- Add beef and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- Add remaining oil in the skillet and cook frozen vegetables until tender.
- Add beef, noodles and peanut sauce and heat through.
- Serve instantly.
