Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 cup prepared balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
- 4 beef sirloin tip side steaks, cut into 1 inch thick
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 1/2 cup water
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix balsamic vinaigrette and mustard in a bowl. Reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons and set aside.
- Marinade beef in the mixture and cover with cling.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Add asparagus in microwave safe dish.
- Add water and cover.
- Place in microwave and set on high for 5 minutes.
- Drain asparagus and add the reserved marinade mixture to asparagus. Set aside.
- Take out beef and place on grill.
- Grill for 15 minutes, covered.
- On the 12th minute, add asparagus on grill.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
