Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 4 1/2 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese
- 4 1/2 teaspoons plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks, cut into 1 inch thick
- 1 clove garlic, cut into half
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- To make blue cheese sauce, mix cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt and onion in a bowl and set aside.
- Rub beef steaks with garlic.
- Position beef on rack in broiler pan.
- Broil for 16 minutes.
- 2 minutes before done, top with sauce, season well with salt, pepper and garnish with parsley.
- Serve hot.
