Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Preparation (instructions)
- Season pork with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet under medium heat.
- Sear pork until browned.
- Transfer to platter and set aside in a warm place.
- Pour in white wine in the same skillet for 2 minutes.
- Whisk in chicken broth, mustard and honey.
- Cook for 2 minutes and whisk in cream.
- Cook for a further 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return pork to skillet and heat through.
- Serve hot.
