Honey mustard pork loin chops recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Season pork with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet under medium heat.
  3. Sear pork until browned.
  4. Transfer to platter and set aside in a warm place.
  5. Pour in white wine in the same skillet for 2 minutes.
  6. Whisk in chicken broth, mustard and honey.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes and whisk in cream.
  8. Cook for a further 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  9. Return pork to skillet and heat through.
  10. Serve hot.
