Ingredients (nutrition)
Mushroom sauce
- 4 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Chinese rice wine
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 oz lean boneless lamb fillets, cut into strips
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 sliced leek
- 7 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation (instructions)
- To make the sauce, add soy sauce, rice wine, water, cornflour and chili sauce in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat wok with oil over high heat.
- When oil is hot, add lamb, garlic and leek.
- Stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and stir fry for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Add in sauce and cook for 3 minutes until lamb is tender.
- Drizzle sesame oil on top.
- Serve hot.
