Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 4 crushed black peppercorns
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 4 pork chops
- flour for dredging
- 2 oz chopped red pepper
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 fl oz dry white wine
- 2 fl oz beef stock
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat up oil in a frying pan and add peppercorns and garlic.
- Coat pork with flour and saute in the same pan until golden brown.
- Remove pork from pan and set aside.
- Saute red pepper and onion until soft in the same pan.
- Pour in white wine, beef stock and vinegar.
- Stir well and return pork to pan.
- Allow to simmer slowly for approximately 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
