Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 cup plain non fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 beef eye round steaks, cut into1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup plain mayonnaise
Preparation (instructions)
- To make the marinade, add yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and salt in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture in half.
- Place beef in half of the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Add mayonnaise in remaining marinade, cover and chill in the refrigerator.
- Remove beef from marinade and place on grill.
- Grill for 25 minutes, uncovered.
- Serve beef with prepared mayonnaise mixture sauce.
