Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 1/2 oz dried breadcrumbs
- 2 oz chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped oregano
- 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lb pork cutlets
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Preparation (instructions)
- Mix well breadcrumbs, basil, oregano, thyme, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat pork into egg and transfer pork to the breadcrumb mixture and coat evenly.
- Add oil in a frying pan and heat up under medium heat.
- When hot, place pork and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan and drain on kitchen paper towel.
- Serve hot with coleslaw.
