Pork cutlets herbs recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 1/2 oz dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 oz chopped basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb pork cutlets
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Mix well breadcrumbs, basil, oregano, thyme, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat pork into egg and transfer pork to the breadcrumb mixture and coat evenly.
  3. Add oil in a frying pan and heat up under medium heat.
  4. When hot, place pork and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan and drain on kitchen paper towel.
  6. Serve hot with coleslaw.
