Stir fry beef recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 10 oz fresh vegetable mix
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 beef shoulder center steaks, cut into strips
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup prepared sesame ginger stir fry sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Add vegetables and water in a large saucepan.
  2. Cover and cook under medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain vegetables and set aside.
  4. Place beef and garlic in a heated skillet.
  5. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add in vegetables, stir fry sauce and red pepper.
  7. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice and sprinkle peanuts on top.
