Ingredients (nutrition)
- 10 oz fresh vegetable mix
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 beef shoulder center steaks, cut into strips
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 cup prepared sesame ginger stir fry sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
Preparation (instructions)
- Add vegetables and water in a large saucepan.
- Cover and cook under medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Drain vegetables and set aside.
- Place beef and garlic in a heated skillet.
- Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add in vegetables, stir fry sauce and red pepper.
- Cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice and sprinkle peanuts on top.
