Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 lb sliced lean pork tenderloin, cut into strips
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can sliced pineapples
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 diced onion
- 2 sliced green peppers
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Preparation (instructions)
- Season pork with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan under medium heat.
- Add pork and cook until meat is well cook.
- Add remaining ingredients except cooked rice.
- Cook until vegetables are slightly browned.
- Serve hot with rice.
