Bacon wrapped turkey burgers recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 12 rashers back bacon
  • 1 lb minced turkey
  • 7 1/2 oz dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Fry bacon until crisp in a frying pan. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
  4. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties and wrap 2 bacons around each patty, securing with cocktail sticks.
  5. Grill for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with sandwich roll or burger bun.
