Ingredients (nutrition)
- 12 rashers back bacon
- 1 lb minced turkey
- 7 1/2 oz dried breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat grill.
- Fry bacon until crisp in a frying pan. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
- Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties and wrap 2 bacons around each patty, securing with cocktail sticks.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes.
- Serve hot with sandwich roll or burger bun.
