Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breast, cut into halves
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 11 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 8 oz dry bread stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Place chicken on a lightly greased baking dish.
- Top a slice of cheese on each chicken. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and milk.
- Pour over liquid mixture on chicken.
- Sprinkle bread stuffing mix on top.
- Add melted butter over chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake for approximately 45-50 minutes until chicken is cooked.
- Serve hot.
