Chicken casserole recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken breast, cut into halves
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 11 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 8 oz dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. Place chicken on a lightly greased baking dish.
  3. Top a slice of cheese on each chicken. Set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and milk.
  5. Pour over liquid mixture on chicken.
  6. Sprinkle bread stuffing mix on top.
  7. Add melted butter over chicken.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 45-50 minutes until chicken is cooked.
  9. Serve hot.
