Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 4 small skinless and boneless chicken breast, remove fats and cut into halves
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- ground black pepper to taste
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- 4 thin slices low fat mozzarella cheese
Preparation (instructions)
- Melt butter under medium heat in a skillet.
- Add chicken and saute for 6 minutes.
- Reduce heat and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Increase heat and pour in chicken broth, vinegar and pepper.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and top chicken with ham and cheese.
- Cover skillet to melt the cheese.
- Serve hot with roasted potatoes and vegetables.
