Chicken pizza recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 piece 12 inch pre baked pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced grilled chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  2. Place pizza crust on cookie sheet.
  3. Spread BBQ sauce.
  4. Scatter evenly chicken, red pepper, green pepper and onion.
  5. Top with generous amount of cheese.
  6. Bake for 11 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
