Chicken pot pie recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts , cut into cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed diced vegetables

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Season chicken with poultry seasoning and pepper.
  2. Add chicken, celery and onion in a skillet.
  3. Add water to cover the chicken.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently until chicken is cooked.
  5. Stir in mushroom soup, chicken soup and mixed vegetables.
  6. Cover and simmer until sauce thickens and vegetables are cooked.
  7. Serve instantly.
