Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts , cut into cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed diced vegetables
Preparation (instructions)
- Season chicken with poultry seasoning and pepper.
- Add chicken, celery and onion in a skillet.
- Add water to cover the chicken.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently until chicken is cooked.
- Stir in mushroom soup, chicken soup and mixed vegetables.
- Cover and simmer until sauce thickens and vegetables are cooked.
- Serve instantly.
