Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 7 skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 4 onions, cut into small wedges
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into cubes
- 2 garlic cloves
Preparation (instructions)
- Whisk honey, oil, soy sauce and pepper in a large glass mixing bowl.
- Add chicken, onion, bell peppers and garlic in the marinade and chill for at least 6 hours.
- Preheat grill high heat.
- Drain chicken and vegetables.
- Thread chicken, onion and red peppers alternately onto skewers.
- Brush oil on the grill grate and place skewers on grill.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
