Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 tablespoons finely shredded sage leaves
- grated zest and juice of 2 lemons
Preparation (instructions)
- Preheat the oven to 400 degree F.
- Place each chicken breast on individual foil.
- Season with lots of salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle sage, lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Wrap foil and ensure complete seal.
- Place chicken parcels on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked.
- Serve hot with rice.
