Lemon chicken with sage recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons finely shredded sage leaves
  • grated zest and juice of 2 lemons

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degree F.
  2. Place each chicken breast on individual foil.
  3. Season with lots of salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle sage, lemon zest and lemon juice.
  5. Wrap foil and ensure complete seal.
  6. Place chicken parcels on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked.
  8. Serve hot with rice.
