Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 oz butter
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 lb thinly sliced skinless chicken breast fillets
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 5 fl oz chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat butter in a saucepan.
- Sweat onion until soft but not colored.
- In a glass bowl, mix chicken with cornflour.
- Add chicken mixture and garlic to the pan.
- Cook until chicken golden brown.
- Pour stock and stir in mustard, coriander and chili paste.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with pasta.
